Leadward Growth Co. (“Leadward,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of customers, prospective customers, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use it, and the circumstances in which it may be shared.

1. Information We May Collect

We may collect information such as:

  • name and business name;
  • email address and other contact information;
  • billing and subscription information;
  • business website and service-area information;
  • business services, offers, certifications, licenses, warranties, brands, promotions, and other facts supplied during onboarding;
  • correspondence and customer-support communications;
  • marketing materials, logos, photographs, or other files voluntarily provided;
  • publicly available business information used for prospect research or local marketing analysis; and
  • limited technical information generated when visiting our website, such as browser, device, IP address, or similar hosting/security information.

2. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Leadward does not need to receive or store the complete payment-card number entered into Stripe’s hosted payment system. Stripe processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide and fulfill purchased marketing services;
  • create content, audits, recommendations, and reports;
  • verify business facts supplied for marketing use;
  • manage subscriptions, billing, and customer support;
  • respond to inquiries and Free Local Visibility Review requests;
  • communicate about onboarding and fulfillment;
  • improve Leadward’s services and processes;
  • protect against fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • conduct targeted business-to-business outreach using publicly available business information where permitted.

4. Business Outreach

Leadward may use publicly available business contact information to communicate with businesses that may be relevant to Leadward’s services.

Recipients may ask not to receive future marketing messages. Leadward maintains suppression or opt-out information as needed so that those requests can be honored.

5. Service Providers

Leadward may use trusted service providers to operate portions of the business, including payment processing, website hosting, email, data storage, automation, research, artificial-intelligence tools, and other operational services.

These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for Leadward or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

  • to service providers assisting with Leadward operations;
  • when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process;
  • when reasonably necessary to protect Leadward, customers, or others from fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity; or
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.

Leadward does not rent customer onboarding information or customer contact lists to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing use.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, honor opt-out requests, satisfy legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.

Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or de-identified.

8. Data Security

Leadward uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information being handled.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Customer Choices and Requests

Customers may contact Leadward to request correction or deletion of information that Leadward directly controls, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.

Marketing recipients may request that Leadward stop sending marketing emails.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

Leadward’s website or communications may contain links to services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

11. Children

Leadward’s services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Leadward does not knowingly seek personal information from children through its business services.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of the policy will indicate the latest version.
